A Life To Love

Just last week, a client of mine managed to effortlessly get a girl that he was into for 2 years. Instead of following a stupid linear process, in which one has to do a, b and c before he can get a girl, he spent his effort focusing on a holistic approach in life and dating, he was just simply irresistable to the girl after I was done with him. I hope to get a podcast with him as well as some other clients and maybe an instructor or 2 some time soon. 

To cap off this post, here is a post I made on the Dating-SG forum awesome pointers that were discussed among some of the top people from our local community. Enjoy! 

“Yesterday, I had another awesome night out with Jiron, some of the local community’s top-guns, Rake69, supremecobra, MvP and cobra’s friend. Amidst talk about “Rangers 5″ videos on Youtube, there were a couple of Golden Nuggets of dating that were discussed. I thought it’d be great if I shared 3 things that resonated strongly with me. 

Bear in mind that I am not telling you how to live your life, or that one way is wrong and the other is right. This is food for thought. 

1) Marketing V.S Quality Product 

We used business analogies to discuss this concept. Basically, marketing is the Micro aspect (or like most PUA ppl like to call it, Outer Game) and the Quality Product would be the Macro aspect (or Inner Game). 

Where I come from, I believe in what Rake69 would call the holistic approach. I believe that a quality product is more important than anything. Simply because if you have a quality product or solid Macro attributes, your credibility is UNDENIABLE. Look at successful people, do you think they even need game? I doubt it, because they are quality and people, WOMEN, can sense this. 

Get this into your head : CREDIBILITY IS UNDENIABLE. 

But on the other hand, marketing can be very powerful as well. As MvP has pointed out, if one compares the iPod to other mp3 players, most mp3 players would trump the iPod. They are cheaper, more durable and probably more dynamic than the iPod. But the iPod has something that none of these mp3 players can even sniff. That is the IMAGE that it carries with it. Come on, the iPod, iPhone and MacBook are the coolest mofos in the gadget world. Back when the first iPod came out, the fact that I actually owned one made me cool to everyone. That is the power of marketing and outer game. 

In my perspective, I find that a quality product should come first. If you focus purely on marketing, the lack of quality is going to come back and bite you in the ass. 

That is why a lot of PUAs cannot hold on to their relationships. They have good outer game, body language, looks etc. But they simply do not have a life. Just because you go to school, you work out, you do martial arts doesn’t mean you have a life. It is not so simple and linear. A guy who stays at home can have more of a life than someone doing the above mentioned activities so long as he is GENUINELY PASSIONATE about what he does. 

A lot of people out there think : Okay, let me build a life. I am going to go to the gym, join a martial arts class and club every weekend. IF you are doing this so that you have a life, you are on the wrong path my friend. Having a life is doing stuff that you genuinely want for yourself. 

A lot of people who learn PU learn the tips, tricks and techniques to cover up the fact that they lack real credibility. Alpha body language? That is to give people an impression of a strong, healthy male… one who works out and has a healthy and good-looking body. Seen a scrawny guy try to strike the posture that supremecobra has? He will look like an April Fool’s joke. 

But why not? It really is easier. Being successful requires a lot of work. Successful people work harder than anyone else. 

2) Positioning 

How do you position yourself in the view of the world? More specifically, how do you position yourself in view of WOMEN? 

Do women see you as that guy who is chasing them, trying too hard, trying to talk them into bed? Are you that guy who has to text girls often, get flaked on but still go back to the same girl? Are you that guy who sends her messages while she NEVER initiates? Are you that guy who she takes hours to reply to because she is texting SOMEONE ELSE? 

Well, if you ask me, the fact that you are trying to run any form of method translates into a resounding YES. You are CHASING. You are not the 24/7 Attractive man!

Or do women see you as that guy who she wants to chase? When she talks about you to her friends, she squeals about you. When she is alone in bed on a dark, rainy night, does she fantasize about you? When she feels lonely, does she go to the phonebook and drop you a text immediately? Are you THAT guy to women? 

Believe it or not, women want in on the chase as well. As much as men want women, WOMEN WANT MEN. Look, if you guys have been following my style of game, you know damn well that this is true. You know that while everyone only reads this and knows this, only a handful of people actually BELIEVE THIS. Once you believe this, like all the guys who pass through our doors, you will see MAGIC right before your eyes. 

How do you position yourself? 

3) The most important thing about last night 

Beneath the aromatic chilli-sprinked sauce, lies the freshest and juiciest prawns, the undeniable taste of a well-seared scallop, soft, tender chunks of fish and pasta that is cooked to divine perfection. 

I am going to marry the Seafood Spaghetti at Holland Village, everyone here is invited to my wedding.
